Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Feminique By Cameron. We appreciate your business and hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. We would like to inform you of our return & exchange policy, which is in place to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all of our customers.

We do not accept returns for any of our items. You have the option to exchange an item for a different size in the same color as your original order, subject to an additional charge of 25% of the item's price, plus the reshipment fee. The item must have our branding attached and in new condition. Please make sure to carefully read the product descriptions and sizing information before making your purchase. All of our items are customized and made to order. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please don't hesitate to contact us before making your purchase.

 

In the event that you receive an incorrect or defective product, clear photographic evidence must be provided via email. The photo must have our branding clear and visible in order to be eligible for a replacement. If you received the incorrect color or incorrect product, please return it back to us in its original condition so that we can reship the correct item. We will cover the reshipment fee for no additional charge.

You have 14 days after the item has been delivered to report any incorrect or defective products. Once the product(s) have been delivered and 14 days have passed without any prior contact, we are no longer liable for any defective or incorrect products. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make it right. We will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues that you may have.
